Cartoon round up…on Merciful Ming’s departure

It’s deadline o’clock in my world today, but here’s a quick round-up of the usual suspects’ take on Ming’s resignation.

Steve Bell and Peter Brookes managed to get a cartoon in for Tuesday’s paper, so they’ve both moved their focus to the prospect of a new charismatic powerhouse emerging from the liberal ranks to fill Ming’s shoes.
Here’s Steve’s cartoon from yesterday. Very funny.

Dave Brown has a rather apt and amusing contribution in the Indy.

And also see Garland, in the Telegraph – also from yesterday – and today’s piece by Daily Express’ Paul Thomas.

Matt ‘Hack’ Buck has again managed to do a funny animation on the subject in no time at all, for Channel 4 News.

Enjoy.
